Dispute Resolution

Sadly in the world of property, disputes do happen, this can be a dispute between neighbours about boundaries, or rights of way, or disputes between owners of properties and contractors undertaking works.

We are often able to help the parties understand the problems more clearly, identify where there are real concerns and help reach a satisfactory conclusion by mediating between the parties.

It is normally best to try and reach an understanding between the parties, but if an agreement cannot be reached, we can also act as Surveyor Advocate, or Expert Witness.

Taking the matter to court should only be considered as a very last resort.

The more information you are initially able to provide, the quicker we can act to try and resolve the situation.
